I took amateur measurements because I didn't realize the blouse can be found from Lolibrary! But I will include these anyway:
Shoulder length: 32cm / 12,6 inches
Sleeves: 60,5cm / 23,8 inches
Bust: at least 88cm / 34.6 inches. This was tricky to measure. I have a bust of 86cm/33.8 inches and there was still some centimeters of room.
Waist: ~78cm / 30.7 inches.
Length 56cm / 22 inches
