Can these measurements go any higher? I noticed that the JSK has shirring on the back, so I figured I'd ask.

It can. The measurements were suggested by Yolanda but I measured with the shirring stretched and there's quite some room but I'm pretty amateur at measuring though ^^; Sorry! Hope that helps though.

I got 100cm for waist and 110cm for bust fully stretched. The shirring is pretty good! Very stretchy?
