Size large blouse from Taobao brand Yilia, brand new, only tried on.  There are shimmery silver threads woven throughout the fabric, which I was not aware of when I purchased.  The fabric is very thin and lightweight and cropped rather short, good for cooler temps. The waist can be tied smaller in the back with a ribbon.

My amateur measurements:

Bust (armpit to armpit): 50 cm flat
Waist: free (about size of bust)
Length: 34 cm
Top of shoulder to sleeve: about 61 cm

Although this is a large, I would not recommend it for someone with large or long arms. It was quite loose on me, but the sleeves hit me at an odd spot on my wrist (I am 170 cm tall, size US small).
