It's a circle skirt, so it can fit a bell shape. But an A-line will be fine too. If you're curious on which one would look better, I like the A-line for it personally.

Sorry this took so long! The skirt is 22/23" long I think? I have to double check when I get home tomorrow. And I'll check everything else too. :)
