Good condition black sugary carnival op!

lolibrary says bust is 88cm-98cm my bust is around 88cm and i would not recommend for anyone over 90cm! 

Elastic in the arms has started to get a little loose and a normal amount of all over fading for a dress of its age.Includes headbow which is also in good condition :)
