you can disable but it now in the auction settings. You can put 'Buy it now' on NO.

It does, I don't want to fix the auction with whoever I trade with, I only want to totally end it if there's a trade.

People can still bid with no 'Buy it now' option. It will be up for the full duration. If someone offers you a trade, you can remove the auction. If someone already bid on it, then thats has priorty to someone who wants to trade right?

You actually can't delete an auction once someone has bid! So BIN is the best option for trading. :)
