I will be at Anime Central this weekend. BINs placed before 9am CST 5/19 can be hand delivered at ACEN if you are in attendance. Otherwise all BINs placed between 5/18 and 5/22 will be shipped 5/23. Payments: Payment is always due via a goods and services invoice through PayPal. PayPal must match your account. I'll confirm via a message before I begin packing the item. Any trade will require invoices from both parties. Each item must be listed on the invoice with a description and a matching value. Each invoice must be paid within 24 hours, and tracking numbers must be provided within 24 hours afterward. The failure to comply with this term will result in a refund request/disputed charge. Partial payment is not accepted unless explicitly stated in the item description. If partial payment is available for the item, the buyer must have reviews on their profile. Item will not ship until all payments are made. Shipping: Standard (5-7 business days) shipping within the continental US is always flat-rate $8 unless otherwise noted in the listing details. Tracking numbers will always be given. I do not ship on weekends. I use FedEx shipping through my job (if the shipping rates change, it will not affect a current listing).
