I use solid corrugated cardboard boxes with dense filling for shipping and seal them very securely; dress and accessories themselves packed into dry cleaner/individual bags to prevent being affected by filler, so you may rest assured your JSK would arrive safe and sound! (see the last photo, sample photo from previous local sale, not this JSK, box design and filling may differ) No additional fee for packaging required.
