This is a really cute and comfortable dress, but it does not match my wardrobe.  The back has full shirring.   The dress has a soft feel associated with something from 2010.  The OTKs have normal signs of wear on the bottoms.

Wonder Cookie Mini Hat in blue - it's super cute. The hat is missing the cards that are on the dangle. The top is slightly crinkled.  Please see the attached photos. The badge is on a pin clasp and currently secured to the lace at the top.
