Final reduction! Wonder Cookie Bustier Style JSK in blue

Selling this Angelic Pretty Wonder Cookie bustier style JSK in blue. It has a feeling of wear but is in great condition. Bought secondhand and worn out once by me. The dress is fully lined and has a small built-in petti to make it more poofy.
Lolibrary measurements:
Bust: about 84cm
Length: about 89cm + 3.5cm lace
Waist: about 67cm
The dress has an open back and some shirring there, as shown in the last picture. It stretches to about 15cm more. It has adorable details like the buttons on the collar and heart shapes on the waist ties. I am very sad to let it go, but unfortunately, it's yet another piece that doesn't quite fit me right. I hope someone can give it the love it deserves!
