Wishing Stars Jumperskirt

I got this from devilinspired.com but I can no longer find it listed there so I'm referencing Soufflesong site. This was a custom sized dress. 40 inches for bust and waist. Plus size friendly. Has shirring. This is a heavy and detailed fabric. I recommend wearing a hoop skirt and petticoat under it for full poofage and hold. I would recommend wearing it in Fall and Winter. It can be a bit too much to carry in hotter weather. I wore it once to Pride. My cat liked hiding under it.
