Pleated skirt from wireheadshop! It's absolutely gorgeous and actually holds its bell shape when worn! FYI this skirt is unlined. The material is heavy and wellmade. Skirt has ZERO STRETCH and fits EXACTLY 68 cm. However other than trying it on, I haven't worn it at all as it's my first and only goblein piece and I struggle to coord it. Got it in a trade with another user on here (who also never wore it and only tried it on. They were the first owner). Might just hold onto it if this doesn't sell
