Worn once, has Velcro, drawstring and elastic waistband.

Petticoat has four tulle layers and a white lining on the inside. I would say medium poof, poofed up my AP OP quite nicely. Petticoat is about 16 inches long top to bottom. Max waist I would say before it gets uncomfortable is 34 inches.
