Bought in the hopes it would be as shirred as other Triple Fortune OPs but was sadly wrong. There is an elastic band around the underbust area. I could not get an extremely accurate measurement, but the max flat measurement seemed to be about 50 cm. It’s a beautiful dress. Never worn by me. Only worn once or twice by the previous owner. There are some slight makeup marks on the collar of the dress from the previous owner. They’re barely noticeable and would probably come off with a hand wash. I can take a picture, if requested.
