A super cute light, chiffon blouse. I feel like this would also work really well for Larme Kei! It has a double collar, with a sailor-esque style collar in the back. The collar is also covered in little ribbon bows. This has been worn once, and I'm selling because I have quite long arms and a larger bust than the blouse accommodates.
