This dress was sold as an OP but it is really just a JSK with more of a sleeve on the shoulders. I do not know the original style name and I cannot find it on lolibrary but I believe it was something like “Starry Sky OP”. Includes everything except for the original lacing ribbons(these were just normal white ribbon). I would call this dress loved but cared for, it is not new and has been through the washing machine, but the sparkles have held up very well. I only cold wash gentle cycle and line dry indoors. Very comfy fabric as well as comfy shirring. It is very stretchy. I would wear it more but I no longer find it flattering with my small chest, would be better for someone a little busty.
