Very good condition–I have not worn it! I am the second owner, but I don't think she wore it more than a few times herself.
I’m cleaning out my closet and haven’t been wearing lolita much lately, so I’m trying to give some pieces some new homes! :) I can't remember who made this blouse (oops) but I know it's an indie designer and that the blouse is a beautiful and well-made! I bought it originally because I thought I had a JSK it would work well with, and then I realized I didn't, but the blouse is gorgeous! For US, shipping is $10. International is $20.

According to designer:
Bust: 93cm
Waist: 76.5cm
flat measurements:
Bust: 18.5 inches
Waist: 17 inches
Length: 23 inches.
I only tried it on myself, and it was comfortable with room! My measurements are (in cm) 86-68-89
