White Ruffle Blouse Short Sleeve Clear Buttons
Material is very soft and light, and the tag says XL size.
One of the buttons on the very bottom of the blouse has fallen off, however a spare button had been sewn by the manufacturer to the side of the blouse for replacement purposes. The missing button will not show if you tuck the blouse in to a regular, or high waisted skirt.
The material is a bit thin, so I recommend wearing an undershirt/tank top underneath, or wearing a JSK over it.
MEASUREMENTS TAKEN WHILE BLOUSE IS LAYING FLAT:
Shoulder to end of Sleeve: 13"-14"
Lower Neck to Bottom of Blouse: 19"
Max Waist: ~14" flat, but will fit around 30" full waist
Arm Cuff Circumference: ~6" flat, or 12" around (while buttoned. Unbuttoning will give you a few more inches)
