they were listed as Chinese 39 and I thought that was equivalent to a US size 8 but i was WRONG OOF. (Im 24.5 cm, these shoes are like 25/25.5??)
the ribbons are just cheap satin ribbon I think and the ends are fraying. There is one scuff on the left shoe in the front.

I am located in USA. I TEMPORARILY MOVED BACK HOME DUE TO SCHOOL and my dad DOES smoke however he does not smoke indoors and smokes far from the house. We also do not open our windows for this reason because the rest of my family hates the smell and do our best to avoid that secondhand smoke smell.
