White Petticoat with drawstring waistband. At it's widest point it is about 30 inches around (76cm) and the length is 43 cm (about 17 inches long). Light poof.

My friend used this petti under her Angelic Pretty petti to create the perfect poof. If you have a petti that is lacking a little something, this will help. It has very light poof, definitely an assister poofer (needs to be worn under another petti around the same poof). But if you're looking for something really "free sized" this is perfect. It is several years old, so it is definitely not vibrantly white but it's meant to be worn under your dresses/skirts so I don't see that to be a problem.
