Hello! These blouses are new with tags. Please let me know what color you would like when you purchase the listing. The size is XL and I have white and ivory available. I just measured the tops, the garment measurements are:
bust: up to 40"
waist:up to 34"
bicep: up to 15"
sleeve length: 23" (can be worn like 3/4 sleeve blouse if your arms are longer)
shoulder: 16"

These run larger than the other blouse I have for sale.
