White Offbrand Blouse w/ Musical lace. I bought this blouse at Camden Market in London, I believe from a shop called Sai Sai, a lolita, gothic, punk alternative clothing store. Worn one. Tag says "punk rave." It has corset lacing in the back, and removable long sleeves.
