On reserve for payment. Used white petticoat (can be off-white in some lighting). Beautiful and caught my eye immediately.
White petticoat tutu, short length with 3 layers of fabric. Amazingly soft and flashy. Great for giving lift to a skirt or shorter dress. Can be worn alone if daring.
Material: 3 Layers of soft nylon and polyester mix, Feels soft and fluffy, very comfortable and not stiff. Lined.
Can be worn inside out for a different look!
Skirt Length: 42cm - stops above the knee
Waist size: (one size) 54 ~ 87 cm
This is a stretchy band, so it can fit from a very small waist to a reasonably large waist!
I am about 84 cm and this skirt fits a little more snug than the black listing, as it came from a different seller.
It is not suffocating and can fit beneath a dress easily.
This skirt is used. Freshly laundered, Tried to clean it well.
