Hi, no, the necklace isn't included (only the bow brooch).
The sizes are in centimeters. These are the flat measurements, meaning bust: 40,5 cm can accomodate a bust of 81 cm. I hope that's understandable.

Also i don't think 35cm waist can be accurate as that would only fit a small child. Does it have the same measurements as its listing on Lolibrary
