Set includes a qi lolita dress and matching cape from the taobao brand White Moon. The name of the dress is Black Dragon. I purchased this set secondhand from another seller, but these have never been worn by me. Both dress and cape are in great condition.

This beautiful dress is dark blue with a dragon print and metallic gold accents and is a size small. Comes with a matching removable collar and a matching necklace. Looks great with the collar on or off (see 1st and 2nd photos). Back has corset lacing.

The tag on the cape says size M, but in my opinion this cape is one size fits all. Cape is made with velveteen fabric. 

Dress is size small (S). Measurements according to White Moon shop:
