Hello!  This is a listing for a new petticoat.  Super fluffy and white.  The max stretch of the waistband is about 40 inches,  so keep in mind your hip measurement would need to be smaller than this!  If you need a larger petticoat,  I could modify one for you :)  just send me a message!
