An offbrand (Taobao) chiffon pinofore/apron over dress in white with cute and soft polka dot lace.
Never worn.

Please note that instead of waist ties in the back, the dress buttons up in the back. 
If you want to use it as an apron as opposed to an overdress, it would be simple to only do a few of the buttons or sew in some waist ties :)
