Brand new with tag. It's a lovely blouse made with lightweight fabric and soft laces. Detachable ribbon and cameo brooch are included. I'm letting go to gather funds for a trip. It's white, NOT off white. There's a little imperfection about this blouse. As seen in picture, it's collar and front facing lower bottom edge is slightly off center but it's NOT obvious worn under a JSK or tucked in. Despite the slight flaw, it's still looks splendid under a JSK . (See picture for coord sample)
