First owner. The material is organza and it's still quite poofy. There are some stray threads but otherwise it is in very good condition. Sizing notes on the tag say: AUS/UK 6, US 2, EUR 34. When I measured it, the waistband could stretch to about 88CM (34.5') at most, but its online listing says 76CM. The length is about 45CM (18'). I cannot ship outside the US -- sorry for the inconvenience.
