Sorry the first pic is a little blurry wow. The dress form is in storage now so I'm just stuck with what I've done.

I loved this petticoat, the little lace detailing at the bottom is so cute and it's very poofy even after many years. I'm leaving lolita though so I won't need it anymore. I'm a 27" wait but it has quite a bit of stretch, so should fit a variety of sizes. It has a black stain near the bottom (shown in last picture), but that should be completely hidden under any dress. Bell/cupcake shaped
