I believe this is one of the Lovely Heart Blouse releases (linked below). Has back shirring. It's missing the detachable sleeves and a couple of the buttons are loose there (last photo). I also think it's supposed to have waist ties (also missing). Otherwise in good shape, haven't noticed any flaws.
