Official measurement is 80cm waist, but it has an elastic to the back which can stretch up to 9cm. But I don't recommend stretching it this much.
Length is 62cm.
It's lined and it has one pocket. Material is described as "fake cotton". (so I guess it's polyester?) It's really soft and has a nice pattern on it.
