I have the right to refuse to fulfill a purchase if you 1. do not have enough feedback, 2. are located outside of the USA as I do not ship there unless we have agreed via PM, and/or 3. have not paid within 48 hours of receiving an invoice from me. I try to ship out as soon as possible. I do not accept returns. I am not responsible for lost packages but will contact the post office if the tracking shows it was lost (not delivered).
