Volume Pannier (2000) Moi-même-Moitié
Lovely petticoat!
It is the volume pannier from the year 2000 according to the wash tag (EGL-04020-21) :)
It has been worn many times by me, it gives nice volume for casual coords, i usually layer it if i want to achieve a cupcake silhouette :D
I own too many petticoats and i haven't been wearing this one so im letting it go, i hope it'll be loved!
Notes: The cotton/top/waist part have a feel of wear and i think the color has been degraded to a more brownish color. The small flower at the front also looks flat and discolored. Theres a tear on the front of the tile part but its repaired by the previous owner, so it came to me that way.
