VM Velveteen Valeria Skirt
This is an old school overskirt made from lovely, soft velveteen fabric. It's meant to be used with a ruffled underskirt, as in the stock image, but this listing is just for the overskirt. It's from 2005, and the fabric is in good condition for its age, save for one horizontal line in the velveteen (image 5). It's not particularly noticeable when worn.
