Purchased secondhand. Only notable difference is that this dress has been modified to be without the bodice bows.

Beautiful and elegant VM piece - practically vintage. Over 15 years old at this point, and still in very good condition. 
The bodice material is apparently cotton satin, but it’s more like a suede, or very, very low pile velveteen. The skirt portion is a thick chiffon-like material - very full and airy.

Note lolibrary's listed measurements - the waist ties are non detachable, and there is no shirring, but the max waist does seem to be on the higher side for pieces from this period of VM.
