Beautiful and elegant VM piece - practically vintage. Over 15 years old at this point, and still in very good condition. There is some worn feeling that is understandable for its age, but it appear to be well taken care of.
The bodice material is apparently cotton satin, but it has a really interesting texture - almost like a suede, or very, very low pile velveteen. It's really nice. The skirt portion is a thick chiffon-like material (might not actually be chiffon, but it's an opaque crepe-textured poly with a floaty, almost slippery hand). The two chest bows are on pins/detachable.
Note lolibrary's listed measurements - the waist ties are non detachable, and there is no shirring, but the max waist does seem to be on the higher side for pieces from this period of VM.
