VM High Waist Pintuck Skirt
As far as I can tell, a unique / old / one of a kind skirt from Victorian Maiden. I cannot find anything about this skirt from lolibrary or elsewhere. Features true cotton, beautiful pintucks and ruffles and a high waistline. Very good condition for its age, worn by me once and otherwise kept in storage. Lolibrary link is for the most similar skirt I could find which is from the Noble / Victorian Queen line.
