From my research, these are from 2018AW. I adore them, but coming to terms with how infrequently I've worn them from being a bit too small to be comfortable walking. They are real leather, and I've attached a couple pictures of the patent version being worn. These are the non-patent texture. They are a size 40, which should be a UK 7 - but I am normally a UK 7 in other VW RHS, and they ended up being slightly too small. I would recommend them for a 24-24.5 cm.
