Purchased new, worn once and dry cleaned. Beautiful condition! It’s from the most recent fall/winter collection. Unfortunately it’s a little too big in the shoulders for me so I have to let it go.
It’s a JAPAN size 2, so I would say fits like a US small.
Measurements (flat):
Shoulders (shoulder seam to shoulder seam): about 42 cm
Bust: about 43 cm
Waist: about 36 cm

I don't think so, sorry. >_< I'd say max would be 27, but would more comfortably fit 26 or below.
