I just received this JSK in the mail and it did not fit right.  My measurements are 97cm bust and 78cm waist.  I would really recommend it to someone who is at the lower end of the official measurements, and not near the maximum like me.  The skirt is very long, tea-length on me but should work very well for someone who is taller.  It has some loose threads at the bottom of the shirring panel but nothing a little snipping can't fix.  It is completely new, I only tried it on maybe a minute or less.  I own dogs and I laid it on my bed to take photos but otherwise it's been in the box it came in.  I'll go over it with a lint roller before sending it, just in case.

Due to the current state of the USPS, I will be shipping it using a priority flat rate envelope.
