Okay, so I bought this dress second hand from lace market, listed at a size large. However, the previous owner in her listing did state that she thought this dress was missed sized. She  bought it thinking it was a size large as well. Being the optimist that I was because I really wanted this dress I bought it ( without asking for measurements) Well I think the previous owner was correct. Below you will find my amateur flat lay measurements (times by 2 to get the full circumference). 

Bust

15inches/38cm

Waist

13.5 inches/34.5 cm

Skirt Length 

21.5inches/55cm

Based off these measurements and comparing it to the lolibrary website, this  dress is a small/medium. The dress has a little bit of give with the back sherring, but not enough to accommodate a larger bust size. So sadly I cannot wear it. I did try it on, but that was it. It was the same situation for owner before me. So this dress is in very good condition with no stains, rips or holes. It possible the fabric may have a bit of stretch out in the bust area from being tried on, but nothing at least to my eyes shows me that this JSK has been worn multiple times. I hope now that is being sold with what I believe to be accurate measurements, it finds a good home.
