Its fabric is black cotton with gorgeous print of an old creepy children's group photo.
Measurements: length 60 cm, waist 68-92 cm (it has no zipper, just partial shirring). The listing also includes wide waist belt with lettering "Saint Etienne Orphelinat". I used it like a military shoulder ribbon (sorry, I forgot the proper term in English >_<), look at my photo.
