Bought from VF last year. Unfortunately the measurements on the site are not correct and this does not fit me. I am unable to alter it at the moment, so I prefer to sell it. It is new without tags and very gorgeous. The fabric is very autumn-ish and cute, there is a little fraying but nothing too serious.
Amateur flat measurements:
Waist: 37cm (about)
Bust: 42cm (about)
shirring gives you +5cm.
It runs really small. Just to be safe, I don't recommend this dress if you are over 90cm in the bust.
