Skirt has been drastically shortened for a lolita silhouette
When bought, this dress had absolutely no room for a petticoat under the lining, so the lining was cut and an extra panel was added to provide more room. While you can see the lining under the skirt, it’s not too bad, and it also has a pocket.
I'm the second owner and don't know/ can't find any damages.
