Sherlock Holmes themed.
Super rare skirt.

This skirt has been altered shorter and the waist elastic has been replaced with a zip on the back. Waist has been modified and lace trim has been added to the bottom. The former owner also made a ribbon out of the remenant fabric.
I like this better than the original one. It is really cute.
