This is an OP that has buttons that detaches from the skirt to wear the parts separately. I bought this dress second hand I’m not sure how often it was worn. I have never worn it as it was unfortunately too small. 

There is slight damage on the fringe on the front (see fourth picture) but looks like it could be repaired.

the sizing I found for this is definitely wrong. I would say it’s a small possibly medium.skirt is very stretchy at the waist, but the top is definitely not for a larger bust.
