Vintage Wine, Velvet, Long-Sleeved OP

It's made with a heavy, velvet fabric. A good petticoat would be needed for it. Uncertain of how old it is. The only damage is that the lace has aged, so it's a yellowed-cream. If pictures aren't doing it justice, the color is a wine that errs towards a berry-fuchsia color.
It's definitely for a petite size.
