Vintage White Petticoat
NOT RECOMMENDED FOR SMALL WAISTS. Bought secondhand at a vintage store. Really great poof!!

I believe this petticoat is handmade.
Has some marks along the waistband, but otherwise it's in pretty good condition.
There are threads coming out of the waistband, due to me trying to make the waist smaller but it was impossible. I tried to remove as many of them as possible.
Has a lining on the inside.
The waistband is VERY loose, so I recommend this for plus-sized Lolitas or those who have at least a 32inch waist. I attached a photo of it worn. I'm wearing it with just a hot topic petticoat, but on its own it has a great amount of poof.
