This is a vintage style button down blouse size USA medium. This item was worn a few times by its original owner under JSKs just for a styling idea. The back and sleeves are basic with the shoulder stitching giving a feminine look. The focus point is the front collar area. The collar has floral embroidery on both sides with a chiffon under ruffle with similar embroidery. The embroidery is mostly white with an occasional pale pastel blue flower.  No damage that is seen.
